What is my monthly allowance?
Your monthly allowance is used to generate AI-powered recipe ideas. Each recipe idea generation uses 1 generation from your allowance. Your allowance resets monthly based on your subscription plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date, so you keep the plan you paid for until then, and you can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it happens.
What happens to my unused allowance?
Your allowance doesn't roll over to the next month. It resets to your plan's monthly allowance on your renewal date to keep things simple and fair.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page, with no fees, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If you haven't used any generations, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase: just contact us. Customers in the EU, EEA or UK can also withdraw within 14 days from their Billing page and pay only for the generations they used. See our Terms of Service for details.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in your local currency: CAD in Canada, USD in the United States, EUR in the European Union and GBP in the United Kingdom (USD elsewhere). At checkout, the currency and taxes are based on your billing address. EUR and GBP prices include VAT; other prices are before applicable taxes.
Can I generate recipe ideas without subscribing?
Creating an account is free. To generate recipe ideas, subscribe to a plan.
